Day 1 ROME
Benvenuti a Roma! As known as “Capital of the World” this amazing and elegant city welcomes you right from the heart! Your Bellissimo tour starts with a meet and greet at the reception of the hotel where the Tour Leader will explain the details and you get to meet your fellow travelers. Make sure your camera roll has enough space as every corner of the cities you re about to see will truly amaze you with its history and architecture. Italians love to surround themselves with beauty and it shows. A more fitting country could not have been designed by Michelangelo himself. Get inspired by national treasures from Fountain of Love to Colosseum and world-famous art pieces located everywhere you go and realize you can see them with your own eyes finally. This week you will be taken care of by our professional tour leaders who will guide you through the history, traditions, and cuisine of this fabulous European culture brought to us since the times of the Great Roman Empire. After the tour meeting with your tour leader, you will have free time to explore the city sight, or you can join alternatively to the Grande Romantica night tour. On this tour, we will go to Giannicolo Hill, one of the most romantic and beautiful hills of Rome, which is built on 7 hills. After watching the unique view of Rome, we take our bus to one of the most historical districts of Rome, where there are different beautiful restaurants, and we have free time for dinner there. Day 2 ROME
After breakfast at our hotel, we will depart for a panoramic city tour. Via del Conciliazione, Piazza San Pietro, Vatican, Piazza Venezia, Via Dei Fori Imperiali which is the street famous for Mussolinis private opening, and the Colosseum Amphitheater, the symbol of Rome s power, will be seen panoramically our tour will be finished in the center of the city in Teatro Marcello square. Following the panoramic city tour by bus, you will have free time to explore the city sight, or you can join alternatively to the Roman Masterpieces tour. On this tour, we will see every step another masterpiece of Rome by walking for 4 hours we will see each corner of the old city. Venezia Square, then the Spanish Steps and Spanish Square, which opens to the streets where the famous shops are located. Then we go to see Fontana di Trevi (Fountain of Love), we walk to the Pantheon, one of the most interesting centers in Rome, and the famous Navona Square, famous for its statues and fountains here we will have some free time for lunch. Then we go to Vatican City. Here we see San Pietro square after seeing the masterpieces of the giant artists of the Renaissance, Leonardo Da Vinci, and Michelangelo, in San Pietro, the largest church in the world. After the tour, you will have free time to explore the city sight, or you can join alternatively to the Castel Romano Outlet Center and Castel Gondolfo tour. On this tour, you will find the opportunity to shop in Castel Romano, one of the biggest Outlet centers in Rome, and you will have the opportunity to see the summer palace of the Pope, the magnificent medieval architecture, and the lake view at Castel Gondolfo. Day 3 ROME
After breakfast at our hotel, you will have free time to explore the city sight, or you can join alternatively to the Naples Pompeii tour. We will go to the south of the country to see the amazing Naples and the historic city of Pompei. Our tour will start with the legend of Pompeii. Seeing the smoke coming out of the Vesuvius volcano in 79 A.D., the people crowded into the ships and tried to escape, never to return. After the shaking that lasted for 20 minutes, the rising sea threw the ships into the hot lava and destroyed them. The people who stayed in the city fled to their houses, the deadly gases coming out of the volcano caused them to suffocate in an instant. Then the ashes from the volcano covered the city and Pompei disappeared with its 20,000 inhabitants. For about 2,000 years, those magnificent houses, villas, frescoes, statues, wall paintings were buried in ashes. When the archaeologists discovered the city, they found the baked bread in the oven and the dead, petrified of whatever they were doing at the time. Pompeii, with its agora, theater, and temples, is the Italian city of Ephesus, the magnificent installation of a destroyed city unearthed during excavations. Seeing these petrified people accompanied by an Italian and English guide is the most important cultural trip to learn about life in those days. After the tour, we have a lunch break in Pompeii, and then we will arrive in Naples following the Via Nuova Marina Port Road. After a tour of Chiesa della Pieta dei Turchini, the oldest cathedral in the city, free time to shop in Via Medina, the city s central shopping street. The city of Naples established in its place invites you to the city of Sophia Loren. Hosting approximately 20 million tourists a year, Pompeii and Naples is an image you will remember for many years. Day 4 ROME - FLORENCE - PISA - NICE
After breakfast at our hotel, departure to Nice. On the way to Nice, you can join alternatively to the Florence and Pisa tour. On this tour, we will go to Florence and we will see Ponte Vecchio which is like a landmark to show the location of Florence. The covered bridge, which dates back to the 14th century, is unique. On both sides of the road crossing the bridge to the other side, there are jewelry stores that have been here since the 16th century. The corridor above the shops connects the Pitti palace and the Uffizi. Sculptures in Signoria Square have turned the square into an open-air museum. On the left, the large statue on the horse is of Cosimo the Little (Medici), made by Giovanni da Bologna. The bronze plate next to the Neptune (Poseidon) Fountain (1576) indicates that the priest Savonarola was cremated here. In front of Palazzo Vecchio are the glorious Marzocco, or the Lion of Florence, the famous Judith and Holophernes sculptures by Donatello, and copies of Davide and Hercules by Michelangelo. Duomo Cathedral, San Giovanni Battista Baptistery, Uffizi Gallery, Palazzo Vecchio are among the places to see. After Florence we will go to Pisa After visiting the Leaning Tower of Pisa, the Cathedral and Miracolo Square where the Baptistery is located. Transfer to the hotel in the end of the tour. Day 5 NICE - MONACO - MONTE CARLO
After breakfast at our hotel, we will depart for panoramic Nice city tour. We will see famous Walking Street La Promenade des Anglais, Nice Harbor, Old Nice and narrow pedestrian streets, Massena Square, Flower Market, Courthouse, Acropolis, Jean Medecin Boulevard, Botanical Garden and Russian Cathedral are among the places to see. Following the tour, transfer to our hotel. You will have free time to explore the city sight or, you can join alternatively to the Monaco and Monte Carlo tour. Principality of Monaco, the second smallest independent state in the world after the Vatican we will go to Monaco by following the coastal road and the most beautiful bays of the Mediterranean Sea. We will see the Princes Palace, old Monaco, Grace Kelly s tomb, Principality Church, Botanical Park, Ocean Museum founded by Captain Cousteau, the world-famous perfume factory in Eze Town and Monte Carlo are among the places to see. Day 6 NICE - CANNES - ST. TROPEZ - BARCELONA
After breakfast in our hotel, departure to Barcelona. On the way to Barcelona, you can join alternatively to the Cannes, St. Tropez tour. On our Cannes tour, the famous Croisette Street, the Festival Palace, and the Old Port are among the places to see. Then St. We re going to Tropez. A short walking tour of this seaside city, the meeting place of the Mediterranean jet set and made famous by Brigitte Bardot years ago. We will go to the historical city of Girona with its medieval architectural structures. Also, the Cathedral and Jewish Quarter are among the places to see. Here, we will visit the Salvador Dali Museum, which is famous for its strange and striking images of world-famous surreal works. At the end of our tour, we will transfer to our hotel.
